At Optelar, I ran outreach for US-based online fitness coaches, sourcing leads by hand and contacting them through cold email and Instagram DMs. When corporate email filters caused a bounce-rate spike, I cleaned the list and relaunched on verified contacts.

I wrote a sales playbook with a reply guide covering 23 objections, a six-phase discovery call script, and a 10-stage DM conversation system. I tracked conversations and daily activity in Google Sheets and Notion.

At Finola, my family’s homemade healthy snacks business, I handle customer conversations from first message through delivery and track orders, costs, margins, and their sources. In the first 17 days, we received 11 orders from seven customers, including four repeat customers.
