I migrated Cegid Primavera ERP for four clients from physical servers to cloud-hosted environments on Plenit. I also administer the ERP and Microsoft SQL Server, including installations, upgrades, queries, and backups.

I designed and deployed an n8n monitoring workflow that helps my team process infrastructure alerts and automates Excel and SharePoint updates. It saves about an hour of manual work per day.

Previously, at Worten, I supported customers with Windows setup, Office and email, backups, and hardware diagnostics. I also completed an IT Support internship at Câmara Municipal de Portimão.
