I'm looking for a customer success, client support, or account management role where I can build strong client relationships, improve retention, manage onboarding and follow-ups, and collaborate across teams to deliver a positive customer experience.

I've supported international clients at Bureaucracy International Group, David Lloyd Leisure, and Metajoint Corp through high-volume communication, consultative conversations, and relationship-driven service.
