I’m a results-driven financial services professional focused on business development, relationship management, and disciplined credit and risk practices. With an MBA in Corporate Management and a CPA (KASNEB), I bring a client-centric approach to driving revenue, improving customer experience, and supporting branch performance through strong controls and compliance.

In my current role as an Assistant Relationship Manager at NCBA Bank Plc, I help grow and maintain profitable client relationships while ensuring KYC compliance and smooth onboarding documentation. I supported the launch of a new upcountry branch and contributed to expanding the customer base, increasing the assets and liabilities portfolio by 150 million. I also monitor client accounts for transactional issues and early risk signals, coordinate with credit/operations/compliance for effective servicing, and support due diligence and suspicious-activity monitoring.
