I am a driven and energetic professional with a Bachelor of Commerce in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the University of Nairobi. My career has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a strong passion for providing outstanding organizational and interpersonal support. I have gained valuable experience in customer care, credit control, and procurement, which has equipped me with the skills necessary to make a meaningful impact in the service and business sectors.

Currently, I serve as an Executive Customer Care Representative at Reys & Meys, where I translate promotional materials and provide guidance on responsible betting practices. My role involves managing customer transactions and building lasting relationships through high-quality service. Previously, I worked as an Assistant Credit Control Officer at Tenspot Kenya, where I developed policies for timely payments and negotiated repayment schedules, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction. My internship at Nairobi Women’s Hospital allowed me to coordinate procurement activities and manage supplier relationships, further enhancing my expertise in this field.
