Starting from a background in Customer Support, I transitioned into Project Management and never looked back. Today, I am a Senior Project Manager with 7 years of experience delivering complex software projects within multinational and multicultural environments spanning Tech, Ecommerce, Microfinance, and Information Technology sectors.
