From the outset, I could have been in a different space: a Customer Service Worker, a Doctor, until when I found solace in the Analytics field, a career I am passionate about, and because of that, I am a self taught Data Analytics Specialist today. 

With over 5 years of experience as an Analytics and Insights Specialist working within multinational and multicultural environments spanning Ecommerce, Microfinance, Information Technology & Services industries, I have provided reputable organizations with valuable and actionable data and insights to significantly improve knowledge of customer behaviour and open new commercially viable opportunities for Churn, Revenue, and Margin improvement.

I am well-versed in mining data, generating reports, and providing easily understood dashboards and tools, including finding solutions to problems and determining modifications for optimal use of organizational data. 

Over the years, I have built reputable credentials as a Cross-functional Leader who establishes relationships with departmental members and executive management to provide realistic projections, reports on specific data findings and their impact on organizational growth and success while establishing various scenarios to determine viable processes and strategies to utilize.
