What I'm looking for
I’m a General Manager with a proven track record of managing overall store performance through strong account management and recovery processes, while delivering an unmatched positive customer service experience. I build customer relationships, demonstrate new sales techniques, and set a daily example that helps the business succeed.
Since May 2022, I’ve led store operations by overseeing account management and recovery workflows, strengthening performance, and providing customers with ongoing, comprehensive training and development programs. In this role, I also focus on growth by coaching my team and modeling the behaviors that drive results.
Before that, I served as an Account Manager at AMERICAN CAR CENTER, where I operated as the lead point of contact for different accounts, built and maintained long-lasting customer relationships, and oversaw customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit. Earlier, my experience in patient-facing roles developed my ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong verbal and written communication and familiarity with medical terminology.
I’m also motivated by opportunities to expand into new industries and take on executive-level management responsibilities in a world-class company. I bring leadership, organization, and a “go by the book” approach to ensure rules and processes are followed consistently, and I’m open to relocation.
