I’m looking for a goal-oriented organization where I can lead operations and process engineering, improve client experience, and drive strategic objectives with critical thinking and data-driven reporting—while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

I’m a seasoned Operations/Business analyst with over 8yrs of post NYSC FEDERICO experience in the financial services industry. I focus on problem solving that improves client satisfaction and retention, while driving business process improvements and enhancements.

In my current role as Head Business Operations and Process Engineering at Zenith Finopay (a fintech subsidiary of Zenith Bank), I supervise the development and implementation of operational SOPs, steer strategic objectives tied to operations, and ensure smooth execution across the operations department. I also track and monitor key performance indicators, oversee risk management strategy development, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep business operations running effectively.

Previously, I led business operations across multiple teams—supporting process improvement, change management, and operations analytics through database upgrades, system enhancements, and migrations supported by user acceptance testing (UAT). I’ve strengthened data integrity and governance, led document/archive management and quality assurance programs, managed disaster recovery testing for business continuity processes, and delivered measurable operational improvements (including reducing turnaround time by 70% through automation and process flowcharting).
