I've supported customers and operations at Sashatobs Nation, Drinks.ng, and KAKOKUN Ventures, handling service delivery, customer concerns, and client relationships.

At Sashatobs Nation, I provided remote operational support while managing social media and customer service. At Drinks.ng, I educated customers, recommended products, and sold drinks on the shop floor.

Over five years in customer-facing work, I've managed high-volume inquiries through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions. I focus on resolving complaints, solving problems, and turning difficult experiences into positive ones.

I'm also completing a BSc in Intelligence and Security Studies at Afe Babalola University.
