I'm looking for a remote-first, high-growth company where I can build scalable operating systems, improve revenue and sales performance, and combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

At Creditwellness LLC, I owned day-to-day operations for a remote sales organization, spanning sales execution, QA, recruiting, retention, workforce capacity, payroll inputs, and operating cadence. I turned fragmented manual tracking into accountable workflows using dashboards, SLAs, coaching queues, data-health checks, and Google Sheets and Apps Script automation.

Previously at V12Software, I built a digital advertising and sales function from zero to 30 reps, increased qualified leads by 30%, and reduced cancellations by 20%. I also supported a 50-rep sales organization, delivering approximately 15% revenue growth and 20% productivity improvement through stronger pipeline governance, KPI routines, and ownership of handoffs.
