I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can own operations and customer outcomes—handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting growth through digital sales and data-driven decision-making, preferably with collaborative teams and room to scale processes.

I’m a motivated professional with experience managing remote teams, running digital sales operations, and supporting clients in fast-paced, self-directed environments.

As Founder & Operations Manager (Digital Business, 2022–2023), I managed a remote team of 30+ collaborators through task assignment, performance tracking, and revenue sharing. I resolved team conflicts, handled escalations, onboarded new members, and built internal reporting workflows from scratch.

Before that, I ran an online storefront selling digital products (2021–2023), handling customer inquiries and after-sales support, resolving complaints, and maintaining repeat-customer relationships.
