I’m an Operations and Performance Manager with 10+ years of experience leading teams, budgets, and business performance across multi-site retail environments. I own end-to-end operational management for a multi-employee site—coordinating staffing, service standards, and performance targets through KPI analysis and clear action plans.

I turn operational data into measurable improvements by building and monitoring KPI dashboards (revenue, conversion, average transaction value, shrinkage), strengthening inventory accuracy, and tightening loss-control processes.
