What I'm looking for
I’m a Provider Service Coordinator (Authorization) with experience across customer service, healthcare support, and virtual assistance. My goal is to deliver service that meets company standards while keeping customer satisfaction at the center of every interaction.
From 2020 to 2023 as a Customer Service Representative at Hinduja Global Solutions, I supported healthcare customers through Medical Inbound/Outbound/Emails and Dental inbound/Outbound/Emails. I approached each case with strong communication and problem-solving to help customers get clear, timely support.
Earlier, I worked as a Virtual Assistant - AI Teaching at Celo Business Solutions Incorporated (2018–2020), including serving as a Singapore Government Virtual Assistant and using flexAnswer Virtual Assistant capabilities. That experience strengthened my ability to follow structured requirements while adapting quickly to different support needs.
