What I'm looking for

I’m pursuing a degree in social work to help children with respiratory diseases in Africa.

At Rainmakers Strategic Solutions, I conducted phone interviews on behalf of CMS and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, collecting data for the BFCC-SC to help improve services. I also operated a CATI-based survey system and maintained confidential interview records.

On a CDC project, I recruited participants for six focus groups by phone, email, and web. The project achieved a response rate 40% higher than expected or required.
