Bilingual Medical Assistant transitioning toward Clinical Research Coordinator roles through GCP training.
What I'm looking for
I’m a bilingual (Vietnamese) Medical Assistant with direct clinical experience in a high-volume outpatient practice, where I collect vital signs and patient histories, perform EKG acquisition, injections, and point-of-care testing, and document accurately in Athena EMR. I focus on safe, protocol-driven care—maintaining strict infection control standards and educating patients to support clear communication and adherence.
I also support clinical research workflows as a Patient Recruitment Volunteer at the National Institutes of Health, assisting with participant outreach, eligibility screening calls, scheduling research visits, and coordinating participant communication while maintaining confidentiality and human subjects protections. Currently completing Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Human Subjects Protection training, I’m motivated to transition into a Clinical Research Coordinator role where I can combine regulatory awareness, data collection, and cross-functional coordination.
