I'm seeking a role where I can apply my healthcare operations, records-management, data-analysis, and developing patent/IP knowledge to accurate, deadline-sensitive work. I value process improvement, cross-functional coordination, technical problem-solving, and continued professional growth.

I am a life sciences and healthcare operations professional with a B.S. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry & Bioinformatics and more than five years of experience supporting high-volume, deadline-sensitive healthcare environments. I have coordinated workflows for 10–15 providers, managed confidential electronic records and correspondence, resolved documentation discrepancies, analyzed operational issues, and introduced process improvements that increased accuracy and efficiency.

My background combines scientific research, data analysis, technical documentation, client support, and cross-functional problem-solving. I also hold a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and have completed training in USPTO procedures, Patent Center, Patent Public Search, patent prosecution, and the Patent Cooperation Treaty.
