What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute clinical operations and public health research skills to work that improves health equity, patient outcomes, and healthcare delivery.

I've supported patient-centered care and efficient clinic operations at Virginia Hospital Center and US Foot and Ankle Specialists, coordinating care, maintaining accurate health records, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and patients.

In lead medical assistant and clinical operations roles, I've trained new staff, managed clinical inventory, supported scheduling and follow-up care, administered vaccinations and EKGs, and contributed to workflow and quality-improvement initiatives.

My Health Science background also includes independent research on maternal health disparities using ArcGIS, demographic and geographic data, literature reviews, and epidemiological concepts. I'm motivated to translate research into improvements in health equity, patient outcomes, and public policy.
