I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I handle inbound/outbound calls, email and chat support, and keep accurate CRM records. I want to resolve issues quickly, collaborate with a team, and grow within a results-driven environment.

I’m a customer-focused Customer Service / Telesales professional with experience handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving complaints, and supporting clients across phone, email, and digital platforms. I’m known for active listening, clear communication, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while juggling multiple tasks.

In my current role, I respond to customer inquiries with accurate information, manage customer records using CRM tools, and escalate complex issues when needed. Previously, as a Sales Executive at Sterling Homes Limited, I prospected and generated leads through networking and digital marketing, delivered persuasive presentations, negotiated client contracts, and achieved and surpassed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
