I’m a results-driven customer service and insurance sales professional with experience in inbound sales, customer support, and logistics administration. I focus on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering excellent service in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as a Customer Service Specialist, I assist customers with inquiries and issue resolution, handle complaints professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction. I also update customer records and process service to keep customer journeys smooth and accurate.

Previously, as an Inbound Sales Specialist (UK car insurance campaign), I supported UK customers with insurance inquiries and policy sales. I explained insurance products, recommended suitable coverage, and achieved sales and customer service targets in a call centre setting.

I’ve also built strong operational experience across warehouse and logistics work. As a Warehouse Administrator/Team Leader and in roles such as Warehouse Assistant and Warehouse Manager, I managed inventory records, maintained warehouse documentation, processed orders, tracked stock movement, and supported stock control with inventory accuracy.
