At the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, I supported the Head of Customer Service at Domestic Terminal 1 while delivering frontline service in high-volume passenger environments.

I prepared daily operational reports, maintained records and compliance documentation, followed up unresolved complaints, and coordinated with airline personnel, security teams, and terminal staff to support seamless passenger movement. I also monitored passenger feedback and contributed to service improvement initiatives.

Previously, at Afritude Clothing, I developed marketing strategies, managed content for diverse audiences, and maintained a content calendar to strengthen brand visibility and drive sales.
