I’m a dynamic administration, marketing, and customer service professional with 10+ years of experience across healthcare and banking environments. I’m known for managing client relationships, operational workflows, and team development in high-pressure settings.
In my current role as an Administrative Assistant at Chiromo Hospital Group, I manage the front desk and patient journey—from registration and admissions to billing (cash & corporate). I also maintain doctors’ calendars, appointments, and produce daily/monthly financial reports.
Before that, I served as a Marketing / Customer Service Executive at Equity Afia Ltd., where I identified new sales leads, pitched HIV & AIDS screening services, and maintained strong client relationships.
