I’m looking to apply my communication and client-relationship skills in a fast-paced environment—supporting corporate accounts, handling inquiries and complaints, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering excellent service through clear problem-solving.

I’m a communication-focused professional with 10+ years of people-facing experience across education and business. After recently completing my MBA, I’ve been serving as a Business Development Manager, building strong client relationships through clear, prompt communication.

In my role at Edubridge Resources Sdn Bhd, I manage client relationships for 50+ corporate accounts and act as the primary point of contact. I conduct client presentations and negotiations, maintain detailed records and follow-up systems, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and satisfaction.

Before business development, I taught art as an Art Teacher and Homeroom Teacher, serving as a daily point of contact for 30+ students and their parents. I managed fast-paced classrooms with multiple priorities, handled conflicts professionally, and produced progress reports while adapting communication for diverse audiences.

I bring a research-informed mindset as a PhD candidate and combine it with practical skills like conflict resolution, active listening, and high-pressure situation management.
