I’m a Senior Systems Engineer at Concurrency, Inc., a Microsoft partner, with 13+ years in enterprise IT. Most of my work is identity, device management and security for client tenants.

I lead AD-to-Entra ID migrations using Quest ODM-AD for a client and the companies it acquired. I pilot migrations on a few production devices, track every failure and fix, and refine the playbook before scaling to larger waves. I troubleshoot Entra join and cutover issues, including leftover SCCM components and enrollment conflicts, and write PowerShell remediation scripts. I also created a client-specific macOS migration runbook covering account detection, AD unbinding, Platform SSO and user data migration.

I design Intune, Autopilot, identity and security solutions for environments from 100 to over 20,000 devices, including Conditional Access rollouts that move from report-only review to phased enforcement. I also deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot training and adoption support, and I’m building a Copilot Studio agent on the Quest ODM-AD API that reports migration wave and device health.

Earlier, I worked in enterprise mobile engineering at COUNTRY Financial and managed mobile devices, IT projects and a small IT team at New Horizon Companies.
