I’m a Systems Engineer with 5+ years designing, automating, and scaling IT infrastructure across MSP and enterprise environments. At Tekscape, I architect and manage multi-client systems across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud services—defining the runbooks the MSP support tier executes against while maintaining 99.9% uptime for mission-critical environments.

I lead end-to-end identity infrastructure, owning SSO, MFA, and SCIM provisioning via Okta and Azure AD / Entra ID. I automate user lifecycle management, enforce least-privilege access across SaaS platforms, and eliminate manual device setup by managing macOS and Windows endpoint fleets with Intune MDM, including zero-touch provisioning and remediation scripting.

I’m also the escalation point for complex Tier 2/3 infrastructure, networking, and security issues. I drive migrations like on-premises Exchange to Microsoft 365 and P2V consolidations using VMware ESXi and Hyper-V, build BDR with Veeam and Acronis, and support security audits and vulnerability assessments that contribute to SOC 2 compliance documentation.
