At Chummer Limited, I designed three operational tracking tools: a vehicle log tracker, a machinery and store tracker, and a job card system for actual production costs. All three were adopted as permanent operational standards.

At Deliverance Church, I managed the Director's diary, oversaw staff task allocation and onboarding, and handled banking operations and expense reconciliation. I also coordinated quarterly conferences and events with 100-plus participants. I use Claude and ChatGPT in my current work, and hold an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
