I’m a proactive, highly organised Executive & Personal Assistant with proven experience supporting busy executives across multiple businesses and time zones. I manage complex calendars, high-volume inboxes, and competing priorities while keeping executives “one step ahead,” from triaging communications to resolving scheduling conflicts.

I coordinate meetings end-to-end (scheduling, agendas, briefings, and post-meeting documentation) and draft professional stakeholder communications with strong written English and excellent judgment. I also drive remote workflow through async execution (Loom/Slack), task and project tracking in ClickUp and Asana, CRM operations in HubSpot, and productivity acceleration using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude—always handling confidential information with discretion.
