I am an experienced IT technician and manager with a strong background in network installation, troubleshooting, and IT systems management. I have a proven track record of leading teams and managing business operations, particularly in the areas of Wi-Fi networks, CCTV systems, and Management Information Systems (MIS) platforms. My expertise lies in providing technical support, improving IT infrastructure, and maintaining data security in both educational institutions and business environments.

Currently, I serve as a Directing Manager at a computer sales business, where I oversee daily operations, manage a team, and implement strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Additionally, I work as a Lecturer Assistant at East Africa University of Rwanda, where I assist in delivering practical sessions in computer and networking courses. My role involves guiding students, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting faculty research, which allows me to stay updated with the latest trends in technology.

Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse skill set that includes proficiency in networking, CCTV management, and various software systems. I am committed to leveraging my IT and managerial skills to contribute to organizational success while continuing to grow professionally.
