What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote IT Support or Network Support role where I can use structured troubleshooting, reliable incident handling, and clear cross-functional communication to improve operations.

At ZOOMFOCUS Ltd, I resolved Tier 1 and Tier 2 hardware, software, operating system, printer, and network incidents through structured onsite and remote troubleshooting. I maintained LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure, deployed endpoints, and supported multi-site technology rollouts without service interruption.

I also build and document reliable IT environments through preventive maintenance, asset management, user account administration, and clear end-user communication. My Computer Science background includes building an ESP32-based IoT street and road-cleaning robot with Bluetooth connectivity and a real-time web monitoring dashboard.
