At Bell Canada, I analyzed network utilization, bandwidth, latency, and QoS data for enterprise clients, identifying more than 300 opportunities for operational improvement. I prepared performance and capacity reports, collaborated with Account Architects and engineers, and translated technical findings into client-focused recommendations.

I bring an Electrical Engineering background from Queen's University, including power electronics and systems coursework and a capstone haptic-feedback mouse for visually impaired computer users. I've also supported real-time network monitoring and root-cause investigations at North Point Consulting, and I continue building networking knowledge through CCNA study and cloud technology certifications.
