I have more than 11 years of experience troubleshooting complex telecommunications and network-related issues for Bell Technical Solutions / Bell Canada. My work has included fibre gateways, Internet, Wi-Fi, IPTV, telephony, customer equipment, service provisioning, technical validation, and detailed documentation.

I specialize in taking ambiguous problems, isolating the root cause, applying corrective actions, validating results, and documenting the outcome clearly. As an advanced escalation technician and official mentor, I also guided other technicians through difficult cases and translated complex technical problems into structured troubleshooting steps.

At Hydro-Québec, I installed and tested telecommunications infrastructure across substations, generating stations, and relay sites, working from technical plans, specifications, procedures, and test results.

I am now transitioning toward cybersecurity, cloud support, infrastructure operations, and application support. I am particularly interested in roles involving SOC operations, network security, incident response, IAM, cloud infrastructure, technical support, and systems monitoring. I am looking for an opportunity where I can apply my troubleshooting and networking experience while developing hands-on experience with modern security and cloud technologies.
