What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support, IT support, application support, or product support role where I can troubleshoot complex issues, communicate clearly with customers, and keep building my software and networking knowledge.

At Bell Technical Solutions, I install and troubleshoot fiber-optic internet, TV, and telecommunications equipment in customers’ homes. I diagnose Wi-Fi, cabling, connectivity, and equipment issues, then reconfigure or replace equipment to restore service.

I work directly with customers to understand technical problems and explain practical solutions clearly. My hands-on support experience is backed by networking knowledge across TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, LAN/WAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, HTTP/HTTPS, and REST APIs.

I also build software applications independently and have a Computer Science diploma in Application Development from Cégep Limoilou. I’m comfortable navigating Linux and Windows systems, reviewing logs, debugging issues, and working with SQL, JSON, C++, C#, Java, Python, Bash, Git, and GitHub.

Earlier, I worked with H2Pro installing and replacing residential pool liners, solving on-site installation problems as part of a small team.
