What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support or business systems role where I can own queries end to end, improve recurring issues, communicate clearly with users, and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

At Rittal UK, I’m the first point of contact for colleagues with internal system issues, owning queries through resolution and addressing recurring causes. Previously, at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Adidas, and Ralph Lauren, I handled high-volume customer contact across phone, email, live chat, and in-person channels.

I’m known for accurate records, calm complaint handling, clear non-technical communication, and maintaining service quality in fast-paced retail and visitor-service environments. My Computer Science degree and AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification also support my work with business systems, CRM tools, booking platforms, and ticketing systems.
