I've supported customers in a Nigerian electrical shop and rental business, helping with product enquiries, purchases, rentals, pricing, availability, and service requests.

I listen carefully to customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, process transactions accurately, and handle concerns and complaints professionally. I maintain positive customer relationships while assisting multiple customers in a busy environment.

Through practical Zendesk and CRM training, I've handled email, live-chat, and phone-support scenarios; ticket assignment, ownership, status management, prioritization, documentation, escalation, public replies, and internal notes. I've also practiced resolving support scenarios involving billing, refunds, damaged products, password issues, and technical problems.

I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in English & Literary Studies and bring fluent English communication, professional writing, empathy, active listening, and a calm approach to customer support.
