What I'm looking for

I am looking for a remote role in operations or project management where I can own outcomes, bring structure and accountability, and work closely with leadership. I am especially interested in companies that value clear processes, strong follow-up, and team ownership, and I am open to roles that combine operations with payments or fintech.

I am an operations and project management professional with 5 years of experience leading teams and keeping complex work on track. At Rail, a Ripple company, I supervised a team of eight, led the end-to-end onboarding of new banking partners with product and engineering, and was the main escalation point for non-routine issues. Across ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA and crypto rails, I oversaw more than $3B in transaction volume.

I build structure where there is none. I wrote the SOPs for every banking partner and payment rail, using AI tools to cut documentation time by about 40%, and helped reduce transaction alert review time by 50% with an AI-assisted review model in Alloy. Earlier, as a team lead, I built a department’s processes from scratch, managed a multicultural team across several time zones, prepared the annual budget, and reported OKR progress to senior leadership.

I work with Asana, Notion, Jira, Excel, Google Workspace and Slack, and I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I am looking for remote roles in operations and project management, where I can own outcomes, bring accountability, and keep teams moving.
