What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote operations or project management role where I can improve processes, strengthen reporting and controls, coordinate distributed teams, and deliver measurable results across US or LATAM time zones.

I've built and run operations, reporting, and project controls for CDMB, CAF Proambiente, and FECEM. At CDMB, I digitized a paper-based KPI workflow at zero cost, reducing reporting turnaround from 15–20 days to under one day.

At CAF Proambiente, I served as the operational right hand to the founder and General Manager on two concurrent environmental licensing studies. I coordinated teams, contractors, suppliers, schedules, budgets, and compliance work, recovering two months of project delay and preventing a potential 10% budget overrun.

I've also led institutional modernization work for the Bucaramanga Fire Department, delivering a redesigned process map and phased implementation strategy within a three-month timeline.

Earlier at FECEM, I created eight credit-origination processes, including DocuSign workflows, reduced new-hire ramp-up time by 30%, and grew a remote member portfolio from 100 to more than 500 across seven cities. I work autonomously in fully remote, fast-moving environments and communicate fluently in Spanish and certified C2 English.
