I’m looking for a SaaS role where I own accounts end-to-end—driving adoption, pipeline, and retention—with autonomy, data-driven collaboration, and strong opportunities to expand within hospitality/marketplaces.

I’m an account management, partnerships, and customer success professional with 10+ years of experience helping SMB and enterprise teams solve the challenges that block growth. I focus on identifying what’s really stopping adoption, aligning stakeholders around outcomes, and turning that clarity into measurable revenue and retention results.

In my most recent role, I managed the full sales cycle for a portfolio of SaaS solutions and closed deals within a focused timeline, while building a consistent pipeline through proactive outreach and market research. I routinely met and exceeded monthly sales targets, ran high-impact demos and negotiations with key decision-makers, and used CRM tools to forecast accurately, collaborate cross-functionally, and support efficient onboarding and retention.
