In retail and service environments, I’ve managed point of sale systems, supported sales target performance, and handled online queries and online sales. I also helped clients sign up for new store accounts, using tools such as Pabau, Phorest, Dentally, and Microsoft Outlook to keep work accurate and timely.

Most recently, I’ve delivered service excellence by assisting clients with diverse account-related queries, timeously checking and responding to client emails, and maintaining KPI/KPA performance. I’m comfortable owning inbound call, email, and live chat enquiries, while also supporting operations through administrative tasks like data entry, document preparation, and managing correspondence—and I’m committed to building strong client relationships.
