I am an experienced customer care consultant and administrative professional with more than 20 years supporting clients across sectors such as retail, insurance, manufacturing and corporate services. I have held roles in customer care, internal sales, personal assistance, HR administration and reception, and have been responsible for client relationships, data capturing, invoicing and case management while working with systems like Syspro and ABACA.
