I’m looking for a customer service role where I can support high-volume inquiries, meet SLAs, and use my troubleshooting and clear communication to solve problems quickly while keeping customers satisfied.

I’m a Customer Service Representative with extensive experience in the customer service environment and sales. I generate new prospects, train existing customers, troubleshoot technical problems, and manage/tracking returns with a steady, customer-first approach.

In remote roles, I handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other documentation workflows while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. I record call outcomes in account history, research questions, and respond promptly so customers get accurate answers without delays.

At the front desk, I book, reschedule, and confirm appointments, manage intake, and keep information organized through paperwork, scanning, and digitization. I also handle patient payments and insurance claims—verifying coverage and submitting claims—while greeting patients and keeping the schedule running smoothly.

I thrive under pressure because I’m organized, a critical thinker, and a creative problem solver. From resolving shipping issues with calm technical assistance to using tools like genesis and Outlook for accurate data entry, I bring excellent communication and empathy to every interaction.
