At XIT Paving & Construction, Inc., I designed and implemented employee onboarding processes and developed training materials, process documentation, and standard operating procedures. I also served as interim Controller during a leadership transition, supporting operational continuity while new leadership came onboard.
Before that, I designed curriculum and facilitated instruction at Douglas County School District and Frisco ISD, adapting learning to student needs and using assessments to guide improvements. I also coordinated the company’s Women-Owned Business certification and lead strategic initiatives as President of the National Association of Women in Construction – Dallas Chapter.
