I build learning programs, coaching systems, and development pathways that strengthen workplace culture and team capability.

At the City of Coppell, I lead and develop a team of information professionals while managing hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance conversations, recognition, budgets, and five-year forecasts. I design training pathways and professional development plans aligned to role expectations, service outcomes, and city strategy.

Previously, as an Assistant Principal at Carroll ISD, I created staff training materials, curriculum, learning pathways, and data-tracking systems to inform interventions and measure program impact. I also coached instructional leaders and teachers on professional goals, performance expectations, and career readiness.

Across Texas middle schools, I designed blended learning experiences, built LMS courses during COVID closures, led departmental initiatives, and coached colleagues on technology integration and instructional practice. I’ve also developed professional-development catalogs, learning reporting tools, and role-based rotations supporting onboarding, manager development, and succession readiness.
