I’m looking for an Operations Coordinator (or Executive Assistant) role where I can own scheduling and coordination, strengthen client relationships, and support high-volume performance—while growing with a team that values organization and problem-solving.

I’m an operations and client-focused professional with 10+ years across recruitment, hospitality, healthcare support, and equestrian operations. In student recruitment, I guided prospective students through enrollment in a high-volume, performance-driven role and consistently met and exceeded enrollment quotas and targets.

Today, as a Barn Manager / Horse Trainer, I manage daily facility operations—scheduling, client coordination, billing support, and training programs—while maintaining long-term client relationships and delivering high-level service. I’m at my best in fast-paced environments, balancing high-volume communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution with careful scheduling and operational organization.
