What I'm looking for
I’m an HR and Operations professional with experience across government and unionized environments, where I keep high-volume work moving with strong organization, compliance, and process efficiency. Since December 2025, I’ve been a Facilities Coordinator for the City of Minneapolis, managing and prioritizing multi-trade work orders and coordinating maintenance projects to minimize operational disruption.
In my HR roles at United Natural Foods Incorporated (UNFI), I served as a primary HR contact for leaders and employees in a large, unionized distribution environment. I supported employee and labor relations through policy interpretation and issue resolution, maintained accurate HR records for compliance with labor agreements, and managed attendance and leave programs (sick, disability, statutory).
I also bring a recruiting and onboarding mindset from Talent Acquisition Partner work at UNFI and full-cycle recruitment/onboarding support as a Human Resource Representative. I’ve used HRIS and workforce tools like PeopleSoft (Comet) and Taleo (Oracle) to generate reports, track hiring metrics, and improve employee integration through structured orientation and onboarding.
