What I'm looking for
I’m a strategic HR leader and SHRM-CP-certified HR professional with 11+ years of experience translating complex industrial business priorities into actionable people strategies. In my current role as a Human Resources Business Partner, I serve as a primary advisor to senior business and operational managers, shaping workforce plans and talent solutions to drive performance and site culture.
I’m known for organizational design and change management—coaching leaders through talent strategy, structural realignments, promotions, workforce planning, and critical skill-gap closures. I also lead end-to-end annual performance management and calibration processes, providing objective coaching on tough conversations, PIPs, and developmental pathways.
Across matrixed, global structures, I partner with regional Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and shared services to localize global programs, mitigate risk, and scale talent capabilities. I’ve also led significant HRIS transformation work, including massive HRIS migrations to UKG Pro, and I manage sensitive employee investigations in alignment with Employee Relations and legal counsel.
