I’m looking for a people-ops/HR business partner role where I can drive employee relations and labor collaboration, use Workday/HRIS insights to improve reporting, and partner with senior leaders to scale responsibly.

I’m an HR business partner who acts as a strategic partner to cross-functional leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals for a team of about 350 employees. I lead employee relations investigations and conflict resolution to maintain compliance and fairness, reducing time-to-resolve by 30%.

I collaborate with union leadership to align labor agreements, grievance processes, and labor relations committees, strengthening union-management partnerships. I oversee unemployment claims, drug screenings, and conduct exit interviews and engagement surveys to support talent retention and wellbeing initiatives.

I bring HR analytics and HRIS strength—partnering with talent acquisition and payroll teams to streamline recruitment, onboarding, employment verification, and payroll issue resolution using Workday. I’m also experienced in full-cycle recruiting, PIP tracking, multi-jurisdictional employment law guidance, and maintaining accurate HRIS data to improve reporting for HR and executive leadership.
