I’m a Human Resources Business Partner / Generalist with 13+ years of progressive HR experience across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, wage administration, HRIS, payroll, compliance, training, and employee engagement. I’m skilled at supporting managers and employees, maintaining accurate HR records, leading HR communications, coordinating audits, and using HR metrics to improve processes and the employee experience.
In my current role at Evergreen Real Estate Group, I process bi-weekly multi-state payroll, audit payroll documentation, and maintain employee data for new hires, pay changes, additional earnings, transfers, and terminations. I partner with leadership and managers on employee relations matters and policy interpretation, and I lead HRIS optimization efforts through report creation, data analytics, system functionality improvements, and process standardization.
I also administer health, dental, retirement, disability, unemployment, FSA/HSA, and related benefit programs, coordinating renewals, census data, eligibility, and employee questions. I develop and execute employee wellness and engagement initiatives and support compliance with EEO, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, OSHA, FLSA, workers’ compensation, Department of Labor requirements, audits, and government reporting.
