What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a new chapter where I can apply instructional design, adult learning, operational process development, and project management to help teams and programs reach their full potential.

I've spent nearly two decades at EarthWise Pet, building adult e-learning courses, launching franchise education, and coordinating new franchise projects from inception through completion.

I developed EarthWise Pet Academy, an in-house program of 20+ courses for franchisees and staff, using Articulate Rise 360, Canva, LMS platforms, ADDIE, and adult-learning principles to support store success and profitability.

I'm a natural project manager who enjoys helping projects reach their full potential. My background also includes operational policy and procedure development, client onboarding, cross-functional process improvement, retail operations, remote and on-site training, writing, editing, and marketing support.
