What I'm looking for
I am a learning and development professional who builds curriculum, digital content, and training programs that scale across large organizations. I combine instructional design frameworks like ADDIE with practical LMS administration to deliver measurable results.
In operations and training roles I have managed testing lifecycles, developed rollout documentation, and supported cross-functional teams to implement new products and systems without disrupting day-to-day work. I regularly present virtual and in-person sessions and mentor interns and new trainers.
My background in K–12 education informs my approach to assessment, differentiation, and adult learning principles; I have designed standards-aligned curriculum and reworked entire programs for synchronous online delivery. I use data-driven evaluation and formative/summative assessments to refine instruction and ensure learning objectives are met.
I am comfortable with LMS platforms (including Wisetail, Workday Learning, Canvas), authoring and creative tools (Articulate 360, Adobe, Corel, Canva), and producing multimedia training assets. I seek roles where I can lead curriculum design, support implementation, and improve learner outcomes through thoughtful design and collaboration.
