I seek a senior project or instructional leadership role where I can lead teams, design data-driven training programs, work on LLM/AI projects, and drive measurable learning outcomes in collaborative, ethical settings.

I am a project owner and educator with extensive experience leading teams, training staff, and designing curriculum across educational and professional settings.

At Google via GlobalLogic I oversaw RLHF training operations—managing eight team leads and 130–160 subject matter experts while reporting on 14,000+ production data points to optimize model performance. I developed management models to improve subject matter expert contribution and AI training outcomes.

I've managed 70–100 tutors and supported over 1,000 adult students in LMS environments. I used tools like Zoom, Slack, AirTable, Zendesk, Blackboard, and Canvas to drive engagement and ensure quality assurance.
