What I'm looking for
I’m an IT support specialist and cloud expert focused on building reliable, secure day-to-day technology for teams. At PLANNING Systems Services, I helped transform day-to-day operations by implementing a new timesheet filling system that streamlines processes and improves time-tracking accuracy and efficiency.
I also support modern digital delivery—my team spearheaded a revamp of the company website to deliver a contemporary, user-friendly experience for clients and stakeholders. In parallel, I participated in upgrading staff work machines to improve performance, reliability, and productivity, while helping plan the network and overall IT architecture for new office premises.
Beyond support, I’m hands-on with cybersecurity and cost-effective IT operations. Through diligent market research and strategic procurement, I helped lower overall IT expenditure, implemented in-house repair capabilities to minimize downtime, and leveraged cloud computing to enable remote work with a robust cybersecurity posture. In my internship and earlier technician roles, I configured systems (including server rack setup, Active Directory user and rights management, and DNS configuration), monitored ISP connectivity, launched Lucid link, digitized archives into EDMS for blueprints and architectural drawings, and supported users through remote troubleshooting.
